R3 Lithium Inc. Covington, Georgia, is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, and risk management across lithium recovery projects. You will develop integrated schedules, monitor budgets, perform earned value management, and prepare dashboards for executive reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10+ years in project controls or cost engineering. You will lead a growing team and ensure governance and compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
7–10+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or project management support.
Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and planning techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules with baselines, forecasts, and updates.
Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance including EVM.
Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain risk registers.
Track change orders and assess impact on scope, cost, and schedule.
Generate reports on performance, trends, and KPIs for stakeholders and governance reviews.
Lead and mentor project controls personnel to ensure standards are met.
