You will drive strategic direction from concept through startup and coordinate with EPC/EPCM partners to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of PM experience in chemical or heavy industrial environments, with a strong track record of delivering projects >$100 million and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in chemical manufacturing or related heavy industry.
• Proven track record of delivering capital projects >$100M.
• Experience leading projects across concept to startup lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple capital projects ranging from $5M to $100M+ in value.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with production requirements.
• Oversee FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams and external EPC/EPCM contractors.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and manage capital budgeting.
