Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Lead, Project Controls for a Rivian facility project in Atlanta. You will implement and maintain cost control systems, develop estimates, and support project teams with cost accuracy using market data, benchmarks, and historical costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field with experience in construction estimating.
• Strong communication skills across internal teams and external contractors.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project controls & change management across the project lifecycle.
• Design and document cost and change control processes with vendor MSAs.
• Enforce cost tracking standards and keep accurate cost data through the project.
• Provide cost analysis and benchmarking to inform project decisions from inception to closeout.
• Develop estimating programs and conduct unit cost and site-condition based estimates.
• Review bids, request subcontractor backup, and ensure pricing accuracy.
