Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Mgmt or Civil Eng.
• 12+ years in project controls.
• Experience in earned value management reporting.
• Proven project controls in construction industry.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and PM tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• PM or project controls certification (PMP/ PMI-SP).
• Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP Operations and PMs to set control objectives for 30+ projects.
• Develop detailed project control plans for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality.
• Ensure regular reporting of progress and cost impacts.
• Work with PMs to develop budgets based on estimates and resources.
• Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle.
• Audit document control system and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with schedulers to develop and maintain schedules.
• Monitor schedule progress and propose delay-mitigating actions.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation.
