Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) seeks a Project Controls Coordinator (DPM) to support a multi-site ECS/MNS modernization program in Georgia. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure milestones and budgets are met.

As the deputy PM, you will liaise with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining schedules and reports while leveraging Primavera P6 and Maximo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, program management, or project controls roles; 7+ preferred.
• Experience supporting complex federal, commercial, infrastructure, technology, construction, or modernization projects.
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in the administration, management, and execution of contract requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, track milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project performance, schedule status, risks, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate project execution across multiple sites, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project controls, cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

Skills

5+ years experience coordinating PM/PC

Geographically dispersed teams

Strong scheduling/PM reporting

Vendor/subcontract management

Excellent MS Office skills

Federal contracting experience

PM certifications preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in PM/Engineering/Construction/Business/IT, or equivalent
