Job summary

Banda Group International is seeking a Project Controls 4 professional to provide advanced leadership in cost, scheduling, and EVMS for large-scale projects. You will oversee cost engineering and planning activities, forecast performance, and report to management.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in project controls, with proficiency in Cobra and Deltek, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex fiscal insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field with 12+ years of related experience.
• Expert EVMS experience and ability to lead cost engineering and scheduling functions.
• Experience with Cobra and Deltek and other PM tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cost estimating, cost analysis, and cost control for complex projects.
• Oversee schedule development and monitoring to align with objectives and timelines.
• Implement EVMS and advanced project controls processes at an expert level.
• Prepare, review, and oversee cost engineering and planning deliverables.
• Identify cost and schedule trends and advise management with strategic recommendations.
• Provide technical direction for cost engineering and planning personnel.
• Coordinate across teams for project organizational activities.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex project control issues.
• Contribute to development of standards and organizational objectives.
• Prepare and deliver detailed financial and project status reports including EV and forecasting.
