Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related project controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, budgeting, scheduling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased cost and schedule baselines.
• Conducts variance analysis and forecasting for complex projects.
• Supports Earned Value Management reporting and client communications.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Mentors junior staff and supports project controls improvements.
