Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 12+ years related experience in cost engineering, planning and scheduling.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and cost analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to supervise technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS and the Project Controls System for large projects.
• Perform cost estimating, analysis and control activities.
• Supervise cost engineering and scheduling activities; provide technical direction.
• Identify cost and schedule trends and report to management.
