Responsabilités

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts and validates costs.
• Produces and analyzes earned value reports for complex projects.
• Updates schedules and productivity, monitors expenditures vs forecasts.
• Documents impact of changes on cost and schedule baselines.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and may supervise engineers.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.
