Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased cost and resource forecasts; validate costs.
• Generate and analyze earned value reports and discuss with portfolio managers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Monitor progress, risks and changes to baselines; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols.
