Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC project controls experience in energy, chemicals, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of front-end loading (FEL) and detailed engineering phases.
• Proficiency in earned value management, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of project controls specialists.
• Lead cost control, scheduling, and performance measurement.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend corrective actions.
