You will manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. You will participate in the development of the execution strategy and the implementation of procedures for cost control, change management, project performance measurement, scheduling, and risk controls.This position is based in our **Newark, DE office**, with **flexible work arrangements** including a hybrid schedule with occasional remote working.
