Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost management and scheduling for large-scale data center projects. The role supports front-end planning, budgeting, and governance, working with ERP and BIM tools to deliver timely, accurate cost information.

Locations include Atlanta, NY, Bethesda, and Cranford, with client sites across the Northeast. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project controls experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a track record on complex

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical competency in project controls including cost management, scheduling, risk management and close-out.
• Understand how your role contributes to organizational goals and delivers quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools and cost management of large projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls services including capital planning, governance, funding, setup, cost & commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and close-out.
• Support portfolio and project delivery and development of client capital plans.
• Assist with Front-end Planning assessments and funding documentation.
• Facilitate funding processes and ensure proper project systems and coding.
• Provide governance through reports and data to enable informed decisions.
• Support construction technology and procure-to-pay workflows for multi-phase projects.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes; review schedule progress and performance.
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation plans; ensure timely project closure.
