Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level cost management independently.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support earned value, change management, and scenario analysis.
• Participate in client meetings as a key contributor.
• Review work products from junior staff.
• Develop project controls plans and procedures.
