Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, and/or project cost.
• Experience with cost management services including planning, earned value, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow maintenance, and change management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling systems and document control systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply schedule, cost control, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced design/construction environment.
• Provide project controls expertise to improve program delivery and coordinate with program management staff.
• Guide PMs for project initiation activities like Oracle setup and sub-contracting.
• Lead internal project management and project forecasting.
• Develop and implement project controls standards and procedures and monitor compliance.
• Develop task order expenditure forecasts and present financial position reports.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and others in meetings.
• QA/QC of task order preparation and monthly budget forecasts.
• Support subcontract and multi-year baseline budgeting activities.
