Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, and/or project cost and schedule controls.
Experience with cost management services including planning, earned value, forecasting, reporting, cash‑flow maintenance, and change management.
Experience analyzing financial data, cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Leading internal project management and project forecasting.
Developing and implementing project controls standards and procedures and monitoring compliance.
Preparing reports outlining the program/project financial position.
Providing QA/QC of monthly budget forecasts and preparing monthly ETC updates.
Coordinating directly with clients to resolve invoicing or contracting issues.
