Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist in our Program Management department to strengthen scheduling integration across the System Protection team. You will drive work plans, monitor budgets, perform EVA, and provide timely dashboards to stakeholders.

The role requires 15+ years in project controls on major capital projects, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Excel. Hybrid work in Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls (scheduling, cost control, risk/compliance)
• Major capital project experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Hybrid schedule in Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA
• MS Project or P6 Primavera scheduling and resource management, Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead project support and scheduling services for System Protection
• Develop and maintain work plans and related dashboards for stakeholders
• Integrate data from other departments (Engineering PSR) into the work plan
• Monitor budgets, perform EVA, and project cash flow
• Track regulatory, environmental, and supply chain risks impacting delivery
• Collaborate with project managers to capture requirements and update plans
