Job summary

Redpath is seeking a Sr. Project Controller to support planning, performance monitoring and contract interpretation on a portfolio of mining construction projects.

You will implement project controls, establish baselines, and provide data-driven input to operational managers to drive profit-focused outcomes. The role requires 5–7 years in project controls or related fields, strong knowledge of cost and schedule control, and proficiency with InEight and Primavera systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related scientific, engineering or business field.
• 5–7 years in project controls, project management, or mining.
• Experience with cost and schedule control software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Support tender documents for mining construction projects.
• Develop project baselines and execution plans.
• Set up administrative aspects for new projects.
• Maintain earned value management systems.
• Prepare management information reports with cost and progress data.
