Job summary

KBR is seeking a PP&C Lead Specialist to drive budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for complex national security missions. The role supports cross-functional teams and ensures compliance with government accounting standards.

The position emphasizes estimates to complete, baselines management, and collaboration with program management and customers to deliver contract milestones. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Expertise in complex program management: budgets, estimates to complete, schedules.
• US GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain WBS and manage cost charging, billing, revenue recognition.
• Control baselines, budgets, monitor funding, schedules and milestones.
• Review costs and forecast future costs using labor, materials, subcontract, wage rates and risk.
• Maximize project cashflow, reconcile unbilled balances.
• Oversee subcontractor expenditures and analyze cost trends.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Develop price/cost estimates under FAR, CAS and government standards.
• Establish financial controls and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor others.
