Quaise Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Lead for hybrid work in Houston, TX, to own the financial, administrative, and compliance backbone of geothermal development projects.

You will partner with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and audit-ready documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires 5–7+ years in project accounting or controls, and experience in energy development or construction accounting is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7+ years in project accounting or controls.
• Experience in energy development or construction accounting preferred.

Mansioni

• Own project-level accounting including budget development and cost tracking.
• Manage forecasts, cash flow, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Tax, Finance, and Supply Chain for compliance.
• Support ERP and project controls platform implementations.
