Job summary

Brown Federal Services Llc is seeking a Principal Estimator to provide advanced estimating, project controls, cost management, scheduling, and financial analysis support for SRNS NNSA Capital Projects. The role develops, implements, and oversees controls and estimating applications and guides other project controls personnel.

Requires a strong background in cost/schedule baselines, budgets, and forecasts, with ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences and to obtain/maintain a DOE

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5–7+ years in estimating, controls, and scheduling.
• 1
• 10+ years in engineering, construction, operations, or project controls.
• Experience developing baselines, budgets, forecasts, and spend plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project controls and estimating applications.
• Provide cost and schedule forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead training and guidance to Project Controls staff.
• Communicate complex financial and schedule information to technical and non-technical audiences.
