Job summary

E2 Federal Services, LLC seeks a Project Controls professional to lead cost and schedule control activities for complex programs. You will develop baselines, perform financial analyses and support management with performance metrics.

The role requires extensive experience in cost management, scheduling, and estimating systems, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and liaise with the client. US citizenship and DOE Q clearance are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• DOE Q clearance required.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business/construction/engineering with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls activities under limited supervision.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines and reports.
• Provide technical control guidance for multi-project analyses.
• Analyze variances and advise on mitigation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Collaborate with client to align planning and control processes.
• Lead and train junior project controls staff.
