Job summary

The Aegis Companies seek a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for data center projects. You will develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and control systems across project lifecycles, collaborating with client PMs, construction pros, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes critical path analysis, progress reporting, and risk identification, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team environment and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two+ years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction documents.
• Familiarity with construction means, methods, and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules with all dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting packages.
• Review contractor progress and present to management.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks; cost and resource management and reporting.
