The Aegis Companies are seeking a Project Controls Engineer to deliver CPM scheduling and project control services for data center projects. The role involves coordinating with client PMs, construction teams, and stakeholders to manage schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling within vertical construction, plus data center experience and strong Primavera P6 skills. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
• Two+ years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with five+ years of vertical construction experience).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
• Review documents to build baselines with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress updates with reporting and narratives.
• Analyze schedules to meet execution goals and recommend actions.
• Conduct critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Lead site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting.
