Job summary

Aegis is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for our data center practice in Lancaster, OH. You will develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems throughout the project life cycle, working with client project managers, site teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction, data center experience, and Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
• Two or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction experience).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.
• Conduct risk and critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and site validation.
• Monitor contractor progress and present to management for decisions.
• Develop KPIs and benchmarks to support the program.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
