Aegis Project Controls Amarillo, Texas, United States is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for data center projects. You will work with client project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules throughout the project life cycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction and at least 2+ years in data centers, with a bachelor’s degree in a related

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
• Two or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field. This requirement may be waived with five or more years of direct, vertical construction industry experience.
• Ability to accurately interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to planning and scheduling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification(s) preferred.
• This role requires being full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review project schedules and provide recommendations aligned with execution goals.
• Perform critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting.
