Job summary

Aegis Project Controls seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support to clients, developing and monitoring CPM schedules across project lifecycles. You will work with project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include baseline schedules, progress updates, risk evaluation, and clear communication of project status. Travel to site locations within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and interpreting construction documents.
• Experience with schedules for projects over $100M and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for complex construction projects.
• Review project documents to establish baseline schedules with dates and milestones.
• Perform progress updates, reporting, and narrative summaries.
• Analyze critical paths and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks and prepare monthly reporting packages.
• Review contractor progress for management decisions.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for program performance.
• Manage costs and resources; identify risks and impacts in schedules.
• Communicate status clearly and meet with stakeholders.
