Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager to architect our CapEx sourcing strategy. You will lead supplier selection, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve aggressive cost targets and project timelines.

Based onsite in Atlanta (Social Circle), GA or Plymouth, MI, you will interact with senior leadership and drive risk mitigation across large, high-spend initiatives. This role reports to the Director, Global Supply Management, Capex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering with at least 6 years of experience.
• Deep experience in capex procurement and lifecycle management.
• Capex, Paint Shop, Construction or related technical commodities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large CapEx projects and manage supplier performance.
• Drive negotiations for commercial terms with limited legal involvement.
• Develop risk mappings and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet cost targets.
