Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of extensive project management experience in complex facility construction.
• Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting, accounting, and contract management.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project controls group to maintain program control databases.
• Oversee budget, schedule, document and change management.
• Develop and produce status reports for clients and PM staff.
