The PCA will track financial status, monitor budgets, actuals, trends, reserves and estimates, and prepare cost reports, dashboards and presentations for weekly team reviews. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and SAP/eBuilder data alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel experience.
• Comfortable producing spreadsheets, using accounting data formulas, pivot tables and charts.
• Familiarity with PowerBI dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track overall financial status, measure cost elements and indicators (budgets, actuals, trends, reserves, estimates).
• Interface with PMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver cost/schedule targets.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards and slide decks for weekly reviews.
