Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join the Project Controls team. This role can sit in multiple U.S. locations including Texas, Utah, Nevada, or Tennessee, and focuses on building dashboards, automating data collection, and delivering executive summaries.

You'll leverage Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel to standardize reporting and support EVM, budgeting, and forecasting across complex programs. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls and data analysis on large capital projects.
• Hands-on expertise building Power BI dashboards; Power Apps for workflow/data collection; proficient Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for KPI visibility across cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop Power Apps to streamline data collection, approvals, and workflow automation.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, anomalies, and reporting improvements.
• Standardize templates and KPI tracking across projects for data integrity.
• Produce progress reports for the Program Manager and PMO with executive summaries.
