Qualifications

• Experience in project cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Billing coordination to ensure invoice accuracy and complete monthly packages.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ensure correct JDEdwards cost coding.
• Direct responsibility for change orders, logs, and templates with on-site coordination.
• Audit subcontractor invoices and lien waivers; manage Textura invoices and payments.
• Review weekly financials with project team and provide variance explanations.
• Forecast cash flow and provide solutions to keep projects cash-flow positive.
• Ensure sales tax compliance and correct material cost recording in ERP.
• Track equipment rentals and provide financial impact to project team.
