Qualifications

2+ years of experience in financial management or in a financial program control environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas and analysis.
Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

Responsibilities

Perform budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle support.
Prepare budgets, authorize expenditures, and provide work leadership to junior staff.
Monitor expenses, conduct cost and schedule variance analyses, and provide recommendations.
Prepare cost-to-complete estimates and respond to contract data calls.
Provide financial program management reviews and KPI status to leadership and customers.
