Jacobs Solutions Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior Project/Construction Manager to lead water, wastewater and power infrastructure projects in Miami, Florida. You will drive multidisciplinary teams, oversee contract administration, risk management, and client engagements to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative leadership of diverse teams; strong data analysis and stakeholder management are essential. Hybrid work policy applies.

Formación

• Require 10+ years in construction/project management, municipal or utility focus.
• Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with contract administration, claims, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary team including coordinators, inspectors, and engineers.
• Provide oversight across contract administration, cost/schedule control, safety, and QA.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure contract compliance and client expectations.
• Coordinate asset handover and support executive client engagements.
• Report project metrics and risk to leadership and clients.
• Oversee change orders and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Deliver project presentations to stakeholders.
