Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- PE license is required or must be obtained.
- 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
- Strong client development and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design and permitting for civil projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients and manage multiple projects within budget and schedule.
- Oversee staff; mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Prepare reports, feasibility studies and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with SWPPP and hydrologic/hydraulic design requirements.
