Qualifications

University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
Experience procuring complex electrical equipment for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing for complex, high-value electrical equipment and service contracts for major projects.
Assess market conditions and engage suppliers early to secure capacity and align with schedules.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
Manage RFX development, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.
Provide procurement plans, forecasts, and status updates to stakeholders.
Identify procurement risks and support risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with policies and governance standards.
Build and monitor supplier relationships and performance.
