Arcadis' New York office is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our Workplace team. You will oversee architectural design and technical development for workplace solutions, ensuring quality, innovation, and functionality.

Qualifications

8–10 years of interior architecture and workplace project delivery experience.
Professional degree in Architecture and active architectural license.
Strong experience with tenant interiors and commercial office environments.
Proficiency in Revit and strong technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical development and delivery of workplace-specific architecture and interiors projects.
Serve as the licensed professional responsible for signing and sealing drawings, as required.
Provide technical leadership in code compliance, ADA/accessibility, permits, and filing.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, and clients to maintain technical quality and design intent.
Oversee production of drawing sets and support QA/QC reviews.
Mentor junior staff and support best practices in technical execution.
