Arcadis in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Workplace team, overseeing high-profile interior design projects and client relationships. You’ll manage multiple accounts, coordinate across Oracle, ACC, and other platforms, and ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in interior architecture, workplace design and project management.
• Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
• Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Coordinate project execution across all phases, including opportunities, pipeline management, Oracle setup and tracking, ACC coordination, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Serve as the main contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding project status and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and support risk and change management.
