Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture with 5–7 years’ experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong bid-management and CSI specification skills for commercial/institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.S./B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience.
• Experience with commercial/institutional/complex buildings.
• Revit, AutoCAD, and image editing software experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage high-volume, fast-paced architectural projects.
• Develop contract documents from schematic to construction administration.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and virtual tours.
• Develop site layouts, zoning and land development graphics.
• Handle bidding, request/evaluate bids, and develop CSI specs.
• Review shop drawings and enforce specifications on projects.
• Coordinate Owner–Architect–Contractor meetings and field visits.
