The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architectural offices, Florida licensure preferred, and strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills using Revit. The role offers significant responsibility and collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Florida architectural licensure preferred; licensure or reciprocity pursued considered.
• 10+ years of experience in an architectural office.
• Experience in Education, Aviation, Cultural, Commercial, Civic or Sports facilities preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with urgency and collaborate while managing responsibilities independently.
• Strong graphic/technical skills for coordinated construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Lead and coordinate architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain goals and design intent.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage communication and key decisions.
