Job summary

räkkhaus is seeking a Project Architect to lead complex architectural projects in Phoenix, from early design through construction administration. This role requires strong Revit skills and the ability to produce high-quality drawings, coordinate with cities and consultants, and mentor junior staff.

You will work on mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and ADA standards while collaborating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience on complex architectural projects.
• High-level Revit skills (daily use).
• Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff.
• Comfort with construction administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early design through CDs and CA.
• Produce top-tier drawing sets with Revit mastery.
• Craft construction details and manage project teams.
• Coordinate with cities and agencies for entitlements, zoning, design review and permits.
• Navigate building code and ADA requirements.
• Work closely with consultants, clients and contractors.
