Job summary

Twin Steps Architecture is seeking a Project Manager/Project Architect to lead multiple projects from programming through construction closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth while ensuring compliance with design objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of architectural design principles and construction sequencing.
• Experience with CBC/ADA and permitting processes preferred.
• Revit skills required; strong technical review ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, proposals, schedules, scopes of work, and responses to RFPs.
• Manage multiple projects from programming through construction closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate consultants.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, staffing plans, and schedules.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and ensure design quality and contract document coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm growth.
