Job summary

Perkins & Will Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Seattle to lead complex design projects across living design sectors. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, team coordination, and client interfaces to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 8-10+ years of experience, a relevant Bachelor's, and professional credentials. A LEED GA and architectural license are highly preferred. Hybrid work is available with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires 8-10+ years of experience in architecture/design.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional accreditation within one year (LEED AP, WELL AP, etc.).
• Architectural or interior design license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of design processes and project delivery.
• Manage projects within scope and budget to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate teams with strong communication and direction.
• Develop and validate project scope, budget, and services.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and project teams.
• Use Deltek for project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Project Architect to align schedules.
• Provide regular updates through meetings and memos.
• Ensure coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor construction administration during execution.
• Support marketing opportunities and client relationships.
