Qualifications

• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 5+ years of post-licensure professional experience preferred.
• Strong background in custom residential, resort, hospitality, or similarly design‑intense architecture.
• Experience carrying sophisticated projects from design through construction.
• Strong technical detailing and construction‑documentation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and consultant coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced design studio.
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, constructability, and building systems.
• Genuine interest in high‑quality Mountain West architecture and site‑responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop thoughtful design solutions responsive to site, landscape, client goals, and budget.
• Produce and oversee design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interior design, and other project consultants.
• Work closely with contractors to address constructability, detailing, and field conditions.
• Participate in client presentations, design meetings, and project decision-making.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation standards, and design quality throughout delivery.
• Support construction administration, submittal review, RFIs, and site coordination.
• Mentor and collaborate with architectural staff throughout the design and documentation process.
