Jobot is seeking an Architect or Senior Architectural Designer to join our Missoula team. This role focuses on delivering complex custom homes, coordinating with structural engineers, consultants, and builders throughout the design process, and bringing strong Revit expertise to bear.

Based in Missoula, you’ll own design decisions, advance projects from Schematic Design to Construction Documents, and ensure buildable, craft-driven outcomes with clear communication and collaboration across

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Experience delivering detailed construction document sets.
Strong understanding of structural systems and coordination.
Experience working on custom residential projects.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing sets.
Coordinate architectural intent with structural, civil, and MEP consultants.
Apply strong structural understanding to inform layout, spans, systems, and constructability.
Collaborate closely with builders to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and buildable.
Participate in client presentations and design discussions.
Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
