Job summary

Ghafari Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the design development and construction documentation for large, complex projects. Hybrid workstyle is available, and teams across multiple offices collaborate on aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, and education projects.

The role requires extensive experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• NCARB certificate is required.
• LEED Certification is preferred.
• WELL Building Certification is preferred.
• Registered Architect status is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of design work and construction documents for large, complex projects.
• Coordinate disciplines and manage teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff.
• Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and issue bulletins as needed.
• Maintain and improve office standards and production tools.
