You will work in a hybrid environment across multiple locations, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers to develop project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Registration; S.E. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, budget and design approach with stakeholders.
• Lead design on larger projects, managing staff, budget and schedule.
• Apply codes to construction documents and specify requirements.
• Apply wind and seismic loads to structures and detail drawings.
• Develop innovative design solutions and provide engineering judgment.
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP disciplines for coordination.
• Maintain project files and calculations.
• Communicate scope changes to managers.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Use structural software and verify results with manual checks.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
