Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional registration is required; LEED accreditation preferred.
• 15+ years of related mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, budget, constraints and design approach.
• Lead design of HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Create CAD drawings via Revit/AutoCAD and draft specs.
• Review calculations, energy models and submittals for compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain project documentation.
• Perform field measurements and site verifications.
