Responsibilities

• Capable of reading and understanding construction documents and assist in field checking architectural features.
• Assist in producing existing building as-built drawings and development of architectural backgrounds.
• Set up project files per client or office standards.
• Assist in producing construction documents under direction from the lead Project Architect.
• Assist with design tasks and technical documentation under direction from the Design Lead.
• Communicate with project team members across engineering disciplines.
• Follow direction from the Project Manager or lead Project Architect and ask questions when needed.
• Assist in programming sessions and preparation of programming documents and presentation materials.
• Proficient with basic Revit modeling and ability to pick up redlines.
• Familiar with Revit project setup and workset/model management.
