Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Professional licensure required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating with clients, teams, and multiple consultants.
• Experience with documentation during construction and with contractors.
• Ability to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
• Experience with zoning and code analysis across jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Living Building Challenge, or Net Zero projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, MS Office is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across all design phases from programming to construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, acoustical, and other consultants.
• Assist in resolving complex technical and design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client expectations, internal team communication, and consultant coordination.
• Provide project team leadership to deliver complete construction drawings and specs.
• Participate in construction administration, including submittal reviews and RFIs.
• Contribute to office initiatives and mentor junior staff.
